Targeted
Distribution
We partner with free clinics, shelters, and street outreach organizations to ensure our kits reach those who need them most. By working with trusted local partners, we avoid guesswork and deliver directly into the hands of underserved individuals.

Tailored Kit
Designs
No two populations face the same challenges. That’s why we customize our kits to fit the needs of the people we serve. Every item is selected with intention.

Environmental Footprint
We’re committed to reducing waste while helping those in need. HOSS sources reusable, recyclable, and biodegradable products whenever possible.

Our Mission
Our mission is to serve communities facing barriers to care while redefining what it means to support community outreach. We meet people where they are, providing hygiene kits as tools that combine essential products with multilingual materials and visual guides to help individuals navigate local resources and access free care in their communities.

Our Partners
Bombas is a comfort-focused, basics apparel brand with a mission to help those in need. The company was originally founded in 2013 because socks are the #1 most requested clothing item at homeless shelters. Underwear and t-shirts are #2 and #3 respectively. While the brand started with and is known for its extremely comfortable socks, Bombas used its expertise in comfort to launch into apparel with t-shirts in 2019 and most recently, underwear in 2021. For every item purchased, a specially-designed item is donated to someone at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness. To date, Bombas has donated over 150 million items.
PATH's mission is to inspire the world to #refillit. One PATH, one iconic bottle, all powered by the human spirit to do better. We’ve set our sights on breaking the beverage industry’s addiction to single-use plastic bottled water. With the impact every bottle makes, we’re playing a numbers game to the power of “one more” refill.
